In our facilities there are four well differentiated areas or sections, the machining section with three CNC machining centres, the thermo-bending section with the presses and oven, the finishing area equipped with high vacuum suction and finally the quality control, palletising and packaging section. In addition we will find our offices, mostly occupied by the technical staff.

High vacuum suction
We have a high vacuum suction system that allows us to work at all times in a dust-free environment, this prevents contamination in the finishes as well as guaranteeing the safety and health of workers in an optimal work environment.
Bridge crane
With a total lifting capacity of 3 tons, it allows us to safely handle large and heavy items. The limitation in terms of dimensions is generally given by transport and not by our facilities.
Vacuum manipulators
We have multiple vacuum manipulators with suction cups that, like the overhead crane, facilitate the internal movements of the production process, providing safety and ergonomics.
